What is a Pre-operative Anesthesia Checklist?
Preanesthetic assessment, or pre-anesthesia evaluation, pre-anesthesia checkup (PAC), or simply pre-anesthesia, refers to a physical examination and laboratory tests carried out by an anaesthesia provider or a registered nurse prior to surgery to determine the patient's overall health and any underlying medical conditions.

Anaesthesia Machine Checklist:
Every anaesthetic operation should include the following monitors:
The pulse oximeter, EKG leads, Non-invasive BP monitor and temperature monitoring.
There are many other monitors that depend on the type of surgical procedure to be performed.
